Good hotel for staying for 1 night or more cause I have another trip to Bromo and it it branded hotel in center of city. Thanks for Ms Melinda really nice to help me to give any informations and share any location to visit in Surabaya city. Best hotel

Thank you for ibis.. amazing service with amazing hotel. I love the hotel with good ambience and i have been stay here fo a few times. I have meeting event in bank jatim so i decided to stay here instead really close but the hotel really good. Thanks to Melinda

Ibis surabaya city center is the best hotel in surabaya, friendlu service, easiest check in process and i have got the best room based on my preferences which high floor, close to my other room and city view. I am glad to meet ms Melinda in front desk
